Activation Code

The Activation Code determines the number of active axes on the controller. It is provided based on the user’s request at the time of purchasing the Radonix controller. When purchasing Radonix products, the user can choose how many axes will be active on the controller.

This flexibility ensures that if the device is later modified—such as when adding or removing axes—the user does not need to buy a new controller. Instead, they simply obtain a new activation code that matches the desired number of active axes.

If the Activation Code section is left blank when launching the Radonix software, an Error A-Code message will appear. This is an abbreviation for Error Activation Code. The message instructs the user to enter the activation code based on the serial number shown in the message.

Steps to Enter the Activation Code:

1. Open the Setting window and go to the Security tab.
2. In the Activation Code section, enter your 16-digit code into the rectangular field beside the serial number.
3. Click OK and exit the software.
   The activation code will be saved, and the A-Code Error message will no longer appear the next time you launch the software.

Note:

After entering the code and completing the axis activation settings, make sure to exit the software so the changes are saved properly.
